At this time, I believe that all pregnant women will nervous and scared. So there are advises to make you more relax and ready for the birth. If you paint, you may need to prepare some food to replace energy that you have lost. Example sandwich, chocolate, fruits, sweets and so on. The best food to be taking is foods that have contain high of sugar.
