Fin~

First and the for most, we would like to thanks all of our members whom were encouraged us in completing this blog. Starting from on how to set our background for the blog, choose the template until the end. As we can see, the due date for the blog is just around the corner. So this is the last post from us.

At first, we found that this assignment was kind of messy and gave trouble to us since we were not interested in doing blog. At the end of this, it proved that we were wrong. It was quit interesting and we gained lots of experience.

But not to deny it, there were few obstacles during completing this assignment. As everyone knows, the internet here at MICET is not really "support" us in completing our blog. The server always down which make it difficult for us to send our post. There were few days before the mid-break which we were too busy completing our other assignment until we forgot to post our topic for the weeks. Hence, during the holiday, we cover back the post that we did not send before.

That is all from us...
Enjoy reading our blog (",)

Home Pregnancy Test

What is the difference between Doctor Pregnancy Test and Home Pregnancy Test???
A home pregnancy test (HPT) is done by placing a small amount of urine on a test stick. If there is HCG present in the urine sample, the chemical reaction on the test stick will cause a positive result to be displayed. If no HCG is present in the sample, the test stick will display a negative result.

Each test stick has different directions on how long you will need to wait before a test result will be displayed. For your information, the test pregnancy can be test by your own. You might use a home pregnancy test, which can be purchase at most major drugstores.

Doctor Pregnancy Test

Do you have any idea what is doctor pregnancy test actually???
This test requires samples for two blood tests in order to determine the pregnancy. The first test is quantitative which is to measures exactly how much HCG hormone is present in the blood sample. The second test is qualitative and only detects whether HCG is present or not, not how much of the hormone is in the blood sample.

Furthermore, HCG can detect in the blood as soon as possible than the urine. Other than that, home pregnancy tests are convenient and inexpensive, but if taken too early, the test may display a false negative.

Types of PREGNANCY tests...

Do you know that there are two different types of pregnancy test??? The most accurate test is the one that been done by the doctors (by using blood sample). It is used to test for a pregnancy hormone called HUMAN CHORIONIC GONADOTROPIN (HCG). Besides that, the most commonly used pregnancy test is the HOME PREGNANCY TEST (HPT). This method can be done at home and uses urine to detect HCG.

What is the “Human Chorionic Gonadotropin” (HCG)?
It is fertilization of an egg which is successfully implants itself in the uterus of the body which produces a hormone. In addition, the hormone is usually produced six days after the sperm and the egg unite, but can take all the way up until the first period does not occur. The longer the fertilized egg has been implanted in the uterus, the greater amount of the HCG hormone will be present in the body. Amazing right??? (“,)
